1 package Mad Dash Cajun Jambalaya Mix

1 cup whole milk or half & half

1 cup water

1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté onion, celery, tomatoes, and bell pepper over medium heat until onions begin to soften.

Add cubed chicken, cover, and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add milk (or half & half), water, and Cajun Jambalaya Mix.

Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until rice is tender.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
