Mediterranean Pasta Casserole
This Mediterranean Pasta Casserole turns our Mediterranean seasoning mix into a creamy, comforting baked dish packed with chicken, spinach, and artichokes.
Ingredients

1 packet Mad Dash Mediterranean Seasoning Mix

1 cup half and half

4 oz cream cheese

1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups canned or rotisserie chicken

Cooked pasta

½ cup feta cheese (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small saucepan, combine half and half, cream cheese, and Mediterranean seasoning. Heat over medium until smooth and lightly simmering.

Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, and chicken. Stir in the sauce mixture.

Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish and top with feta cheese.

Cover and bake for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
